Lille h\u00e5b for comeback for flytypen."},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Arbejdshestene i SAS langrutefl\u00e5den, Airbus A340-flyene, har m\u00e5ske fl\u00f8jet sine sidste turer med passagerer for SAS. Denne flytype kan nu blive pensioneret og risikerer ikke at vende tilbage i SAS fl\u00e5de af aktive langrutefly.<\/strong><br \/>\nInden Corona-krisen var SAS godt igang med en fornyelse af langrutefl\u00e5den. Her var det planen at de nye Airbus A350 skulle erstatte de aldrende Airbus A340-fly i l\u00f8bet af de kommende \u00e5r. Men Corona-krisen er kommet i vejen for disse planer &#8211; med en langt lavere eftersp\u00f8rgsel p\u00e5 flyrejser end planlagt.<br \/>\nDer har l\u00e6nge g\u00e5et rygter om at SAS ville pensionere denne flytype tidligere end planlagt og nu kan vi bekr\u00e6fte, at SAS ikke har planlagt flere flyvninger med flytypen p\u00e5 nuv\u00e6rende tidspunkt.<br \/>\nMen der er dog et lille h\u00e5b for at f\u00e5 en afskedstur med denne trofaste arbejdshest hos SAS.<br \/>\nSAS norske presse-chef, John Eckhoff, siger til FinalCall.travel, at flyselskabet har planlagt at parkere to tilbagev\u00e6rende eksemplarer af flytypen i det kommende efter\u00e5r og vinter.<br \/>\nHan siger:<br \/>\n<em>&#8220;Vi har to A340 som vil v\u00e6re parkerede i efter\u00e5ret og vinteren. Afh\u00e6ngig af hvordan markedet udvikler sig, s\u00e5 kommer vi til at bruge dem. Der ligger dog ingen produktion p\u00e5 dem for tiden&#8221;<\/em>.<br \/>\nHvis eftersp\u00f8rgslen i markedet udvikler sig positivt, s\u00e5 kan vi alts\u00e5 h\u00e5be p\u00e5, at SAS vil benytte de to tilbagev\u00e6rende fly igen. S\u00e5 selvom det umiddelbart kan se ud som om, at flyene har fl\u00f8jet med passagerer for sidste gang hos SAS, s\u00e5 \u00e5bnes der alts\u00e5 en lille d\u00f8r p\u00e5 klem for at vi kan se dem i luften igen.<br \/>\n<strong>19 \u00e5r hos SAS<\/strong><br \/>\nSAS fik leveret sit f\u00f8rste Airbus A340-fly i 2001 og der er dermed ogs\u00e5 tale om nogle efterh\u00e5nden aldrende fly, som dog alle er udstyret med nye og moderne kabiner. Udover de fly, som SAS har f\u00e5et leveret direkte fra Airbus, s\u00e5 har de ogs\u00e5 tidligere haft et enkelt &#8211; og endnu \u00e6ldre fly i fl\u00e5den. Til trods for at kabinerne i disse flytyper er stort set identiske, s\u00e5 valgte SAS at have flere Business Class stole i A340 end i A330. Flyselskabet har valgt samme konfiguration i deres nye Airbus A350, som ogs\u00e5 byder p\u00e5 den &#8220;lille&#8221; Business Class kabine.<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/finalcall.travel\/da\/foerste-anmeldelse-sas-business-class-paa-airbus-a350\/\"><em><strong>L\u00e6s ogs\u00e5: Kom med ombord p\u00e5 f\u00f8rste flyvning med SAS Airbus A350<\/strong><\/em><\/a><br \/>\n<strong>Fire motorer<\/strong><br \/>\nI forhold til A330, s\u00e5 har A340 fire motorer og bruger derfor ogs\u00e5 mere br\u00e6ndstof end nyere to-motorers fly ligesom vedligehold af fire motorer ogs\u00e5 er dyrere end to motorer. Derfor g\u00e5r trenden i luftfarten ogs\u00e5 mod at langrutefly kun er udstyret med to motorer. Det ser vi bl.a. p\u00e5 Airbus A350, Boeing 787 og 777X, som alle er &#8220;fremtidens langrutefly&#8221;.<br \/>\nFire-motorers fly, som Airbus A340, Boeing 747 og Airbus A380 vil ikke blive produceret i fremtiden og bliver l\u00f8bende udfaset over de kommende \u00e5r.<br \/>\n<strong>Pr\u00e6senteret i 1986<\/strong><br \/>\nAirbus A340 blev sammen med den to-motorede s\u00f8ster, A330, pr\u00e6senteret f\u00f8rste gang i 1986, hvor Airbus offentliggjorde planerne om at producere de to fly.<br \/>\nF\u00f8rste flyvning for Airbus A340 fandt sted i 1991 og den blev certificeret i Europa i slutningen af 1992. F\u00f8rste kunde til flyet var Lufthansa, som modtog den mindre A340-200 variant i februar 1993, mens Air France modtog et eksemplarer af den lidt st\u00f8rre A340-300 (samme model som SAS har benyttet) lidt senere samme m\u00e5ned.<br \/>\n<b>Flere varianter<\/b><br \/>\nI 2001 kunne Airbus for f\u00f8rste gang testflyve den forl\u00e6ngede og st\u00f8rre Airbus A340-600 variant, mens A340-500 &#8211; med l\u00e6ngere r\u00e6kkevidde &#8211; kunne lette for f\u00f8rste gang \u00e5ret efter. Disse to flytyper er t\u00e6nkt til at v\u00e6re fremtidens fly for SAS. Foto: SAS<strong>Farvel i stilhed<\/strong><br \/>\nMen den forventede lavere eftersp\u00f8rgsel p\u00e5 flybilletter i de kommende \u00e5r har alts\u00e5 nu f\u00e5et SAS til at s\u00e6tte de resterende A340 p\u00e5 jorden. Dermed kan det ogs\u00e5 v\u00e6re en mulighed at flytypen har fl\u00f8jet sin sidste tur for SAS med passagerer.<br \/>\nMange flyentusiaster og frequent travelers har h\u00e5bet p\u00e5 at kunne f\u00e5 en afskedstur med flytypen inden den bliver pensioneret og selvom der ikke er planlagt flere flyvninger med typen i SAS-regi, s\u00e5 er der alts\u00e5 stadig en lille d\u00f8r p\u00e5 klem, som kan holde liv i denne forh\u00e5bning. Det kr\u00e6ver dog at eftersp\u00f8rgslen p\u00e5 flybilletter vender tilbage hurtigere end forventet. Hvis det ikke sker, s\u00e5 kan A340 slutte sit lange og trofaste liv hos SAS i stilhed.
