Selskabet har aflyst masser af afgange grundet problemer med underleverand\u00f8rer og deres eget irske datterselskab, SAS Ireland. Nu raser kunderne p\u00e5 de sociale medier over manglende hj\u00e6lp fra kundeservice, ekstremt lange ventetider og begr\u00e6nset \u00e5bningstid.<\/strong><br \/>\nBl.a. mandskabsmangel hos underleverand\u00f8ren CityJet og SAS eget selskab SAS Ireland (SAIL) har for\u00e5rsaget mange aflysninger denne sommer. Og det er vist ikke overdrevet at sige at operationerne hos CityJet og SAIL ironisk nok &#8220;sejler&#8221; denne sommer.<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/finalcall.travel\/da\/sas-forventer-aflysninger-resten-af-sommeren\/\"><em><strong>L\u00e6s ogs\u00e5: Masser af SAS-aflysninger resten af sommeren<\/strong><\/em><\/a><br \/>\n<strong>Lang ventetid hos kundeservice og ingen hj\u00e6lp p\u00e5 sociale medier<\/strong><br \/>\nMen ogs\u00e5 hos kundeservice sejler det tydeligvis for tiden. Utallige SAS-kunder, som er ramt af de mange aflysninger raser p\u00e5 flyselskabets Facebook-side over ekstremt lange ventetider og begr\u00e6nsede \u00e5bningstider.<br \/>\nI flere tilf\u00e6lde har kunderne brugt hele dage p\u00e5 at f\u00e5 kontakt til kundeservice &#8211; uden held. Flere har postet screenshots fra deres mobiltelefoner, hvor de har ventet i 4, 5 og 6 timer i telefonen &#8211; uden at f\u00e5 kontakt. Screenshot fra SAS Facebook<\/figcaption><\/figure>\nFlere andre klager over at de modtager sms-beskeder om aflysning om aftenen, men ikke kan f\u00e5 kontakt til kundeservice da de holder lukket efter kl. 17.00 i weekenden og efter kl. 19.00 p\u00e5 hverdage. Det til trods for at deres flyafgang var planlagt til at g\u00e5 inden kundeservice \u00e5bner kl. 9 dagen efter. Screenshot fra SAS Facebook-side.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<strong>Kan kun f\u00e5 hj\u00e6lp p\u00e5 telefonen<\/strong><br \/>\nAf uransagelige \u00e5rsager, s\u00e5 g\u00e5r det kun at kontakte SAS kundeservice via telefon eller chat. Og i begge tilf\u00e6lde har det v\u00e6ret ganske umuligt for mange kunder at f\u00e5 kontakt via disse kanaler. De medarbejdere SAS har ansat til at svare henvendelser der beklager blot aflysningerne og henviser folk til de dagslange telefonk\u00f8er for at f\u00e5 hj\u00e6lp.<br \/>\nDet er ikke muligt at sende en email til SAS eller f\u00e5 hj\u00e6lp via mere tidssvarende kanaler, som f.eks. Messenger, Twitter, Facebook m.v. Det til trods for at SAS selv har introduceret en ny chatbot p\u00e5 Messenger, som skulle g\u00f8re kundernes rejser lettere. I realiteten er den p.t. blot en ny m\u00e5de for SAS at sende email eller sms p\u00e5 og kan ikke hj\u00e6lpe dig n\u00e5r de virkeligt har brug for det.<br \/>\nHvorfor SAS n\u00e6sten helt har opgivet at hj\u00e6lpe kunderne via sociale medier er uvist, men fra at v\u00e6re f\u00f8rende p\u00e5 dette omr\u00e5de under askeskyen 2010, s\u00e5 er der idag ikke meget hj\u00e6lp at hente fra SAS her. Ingen opdateringer om de mange aflysninger er at spore p\u00e5 deres Facebook-side. Eneste meldinger SAS kommer med her de seneste dage er opslag om en svensk skuespiller, madtips hvis du rejser til Island og st\u00f8tteerkl\u00e6ringer til EuroPride. Screenshot fra SAS Facebook<\/figcaption><\/figure>\nUnder askeskyen i 2010 s\u00e5 ydede SAS faktisk en rigtig god kundeservice via Facebook og andre sociale medier. Det fik de stor ros for. Her havde man bemandet disse kanaler fra kl. 8 til 22 og kunderne fik svar i l\u00f8bet af en times tid. Og her skal vi tage med i betragtning at der dengang var tale om et langt st\u00f8rre antal kunder som var ramt. Men siden er det g\u00e5et ned af bakke.<br \/>\nNu kan man godt undre sig over at SAS ikke \u00f8nsker at yde samme service til de mange passagerer, som ufrivilligt har f\u00e5et deres rejseplaner spoleret fordi SAS har problemer med at planl\u00e6gge produktionen. Problemer, som de trods alt har v\u00e6ret bekendt med en stund.<br \/>\nHvorfor tilbyder SAS ikke kundeservice d\u00f8gnet rundt til de kunder, hvis flyafgange er aflyst? Det havde v\u00e6ret en enkelt sag at sende et telefonnummer via sms, som var reserveret til disse uheldige passagerer.<br \/>\n<strong>Ogs\u00e5 problemer sidste sommer<\/strong><br \/>\nDet er langt fra f\u00f8rste gang kunderne oplever lange ventetider p\u00e5 kundeservice hos SAS. Ogs\u00e5 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nettavisen.no\/nyheter\/innenriks\/sas-kunder-ma-vente-flere-timer-i-telefonk---personell-kalles-tilbake-fra-ferie\/3423351533.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">sidste sommer rasede kunderne over at de ikke kunne f\u00e5 hj\u00e6lp via telefonen<\/a>.<br \/>\nDen gang beklagede SAS og havde kaldt flere medarbejdere p\u00e5 arbejde. Men de d\u00e5rlige erfaringer fra sidste \u00e5r har SAS \u00e5benbart ikke l\u00e6rt alverden af. I \u00e5r er problemerne om end endnu st\u00f8rre. Specielt n\u00e5r SAS har aflyst hundredevis af afgange helt tilbage fra april m\u00e5ned og i l\u00f8bet af sommeren, s\u00e5 mindsker det ikke antallet af kunder som har brug for akut hj\u00e6lp fra kundeservice.
