Kundeservice kan kontaktes via opkaldt, tekstbeskeder eller video.<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Den nye service introduceres for at kunne give god, effektiv og hurtig kundeservice og samtidigt holde fysisk afstand mellem agenter og kunder for at minimere smitte med Corona-virus.<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Den nye service kan &#8211; som n\u00e6vnt &#8211; bruges online fra passagerernes smartphone, men ogs\u00e5 fra kundeservice-kiosker i Chicago O&#8217;Hare og Houston International Airport. I l\u00f8bet af kort tid rulles denne service ud til alle United Airlines hubs i USA. Flyselskabet forventer at det sker inden \u00e5rets afslutning.<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For at komme i kontakt med kundeservice via &#8220;Agent on Demand&#8221;, s\u00e5 kan kunden scanne en QR kode, som er vist p\u00e5 displays mange steder p\u00e5 United&#8217;s hubs. De kan ogs\u00e5 bruge self-service kiosker, som kan kontakte vil kundeservice. Her kan kunden v\u00e6lge om de vil forbinde med lyd, chat eller video.<\/p>\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/finalcall.travel\/da\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2020\/12\/United_Airlines_Kiosk.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-39166\" \/><figcaption>Foto: United Airlines<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hj\u00e6lpen man kan f\u00e5 her svarer til den hj\u00e6lp man normalt kan f\u00e5 i gaten &#8211; f.eks. s\u00e6devalg, upgrades, standby lister, afgangsstatus, rebooking m.v.<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dermed slipper kunderne alts\u00e5 for at st\u00e5 i k\u00f8 i gaten for at f\u00e5 hj\u00e6lp.<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Det er muligt at bruge flere forskellige sprog n\u00e5r man v\u00e6lger at chatte med kundeservice. Systemet er opbygget s\u00e5dan at kunden kan skrive p\u00e5 sit eget sprog og s\u00e5 vil systemet automatisk overs\u00e6tte til engelsk for agenten.<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">United Airlines er det f\u00f8rste flyselskab til at indf\u00f8re denne service og flyselskabet forventer at det bliver en stor forbedring af kundeservice.
