Eftersp\u00f8rgslen p\u00e5 rejser er g\u00e5et i st\u00e5 og flyselskaberne stiller hovedparten af deres fly p\u00e5 jorden. Det s\u00e6tter mange loyale kunder hos flyselskaberne i en knibe n\u00e5r de ikke kan opn\u00e5 deres status i loyalitetsprogrammerne i denne tid. SAS t\u00f8ver dog med at \u00e6ndre optjeningsvilk\u00e5rene nu hvor kunderne ikke kan rejse.<\/strong><br \/>\nVi har set flere flyselskaber, som Qatar Airways, KLM, Air France, Finnair m.fl. som har \u00e6ndret i optjeningsvilk\u00e5rene for at opn\u00e5 status i bonusprogrammerne &#8211; eller direkte forl\u00e6nget deres bedste kunders status. Samtidigt har stort set alle st\u00f8rre hotelk\u00e6der ogs\u00e5 forl\u00e6nget deres bedste kunders status p.g.a. rejsestoppet i forbindelse med Corona-krisen.<br \/>\n<strong>SAS er t\u00f8vende<\/strong><br \/>\nHos SAS er man dog t\u00f8vende og har p.t. kun planer om at hj\u00e6lpe de kunder, som har bestilt en billet, som er blevet aflyst af SAS eller en Star Alliance-partner. Man har ingen planer om at hj\u00e6lpe de kunder, som ikke har haft mulighed for at bestille rejser i denne periode og nu oplever problemer med at forny eller opn\u00e5 den status de normalt ville opn\u00e5.<br \/>\nPresse-chef i SAS, Kristoffer Meinert, siger til FinalCall.travel:<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\"><em>&#8220;Hos SAS forst\u00e5r vi, at det er vigtigt for vores medlemmer at bevare deres nuv\u00e6rende eller opn\u00e5 et h\u00f8jere EuroBonus-niveau. Vi er klar over, at den nuv\u00e6rende rejsesituation g\u00f8r det sv\u00e6rt for vores medlemmer at opn\u00e5 dette. SAS vil selvf\u00f8lgelig gerne hj\u00e6lpe vores medlemmer til at bevare deres status og kan g\u00f8re det under f\u00f8lgende foruds\u00e6tninger:<\/em><\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400\">\n<li><em>Et fly er blevet aflyst af SAS eller en af vores Star Alliance partnere.<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Hvis de skandinaviske udenrigsministerier ikke anbefaler rejser til specifikke lande og reservationen er lavet f\u00f8r disse anbefalinger er tr\u00e5dt i kraft.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\"><em>Hvis en af disse foruds\u00e6tninger er opfyldt giver vi, p\u00e5 foresp\u00f8rgsel, vores medlemmer point eller kvalificerende flyvninger, svarende til det antal point og flyvninger, som medlemmet ville have opn\u00e5et, hvis den eller de aflyste afgange havde fl\u00f8jet som planlagt. Pointene og flyvningerne er ogs\u00e5 brugbare for kvalificering til Life Time Gold og Give away-medlemskaber.&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">Dermed er der alts\u00e5 en begr\u00e6nset hj\u00e6lp at hente hos de loyale kunder, som har f\u00e5et en rejse aflyst under Corona-krisen. SAS g\u00f8r dog ikke noget proaktivt for at hj\u00e6lpe med at opretholde kundernes statusniveau, som vi har set hos flere andre flyselskaber. Man skal alts\u00e5 selv henvende sig til kundeservice, hvis man har f\u00e5et en rejse aflyst af SAS i denne periode.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingen hj\u00e6lp til kunder, som ikke har kunnet bestille rejser<\/strong><br \/>\nDer er dog ingen hj\u00e6lp at hente for de mange loyale kunder, som normalt ville rejse i denne periode og ikke har bestilt sine flybilletter p\u00e5 forh\u00e5nd. Med et m\u00e5nedsskifte p\u00e5 vej, s\u00e5 forventer vi at en del kunder vil opleve at deres status bliver nedgraderet i de n\u00e6ste optjeningsperioder.<br \/>\nDe regler SAS praktiserer nu g\u00e6lder for rejser til og med 30. april 2020.
