Mange aflysninger og forsinkelser har v\u00e6ret hverdag i h\u00f8js\u00e6sonen. Nye tal bekr\u00e6fter at juli 2018 har v\u00e6ret den v\u00e6rste for SAS i mange \u00e5r ligesom Norwegian ogs\u00e5 har haft mange udfordringer.<\/strong><br \/>\nDet har v\u00e6ret en udfordring at v\u00e6re SAS eller Norwegian passager denne sommer.<br \/>\nHos SAS har problemer med underleverand\u00f8rer som CityJet og SAS eget datterselskab, SAS Ireland (SAIL), betydet at det skandinaviske flyselskab har m\u00e5tte aflyse hundredevis af afgange, men ligeledes forsinke en meget stor del af de afgange, som rent faktisk blev gennemf\u00f8rt.<br \/>\nOver hver tredje flyafgang med SAS har v\u00e6ret forsinket i juli m\u00e5ned viser nye tal fra <a href=\"https:\/\/www.flightstats.com\/v2\/monthly-performance-reports\/airlines\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Flightstats.com<\/a>. Kun 65,59% procent af SAS-afgangene i juli m\u00e5ned ankom til destinationen til tiden. Dermed m\u00e5tte passagererne i over en tredjedel (34,41%) af tilf\u00e6ldene finde sig i at v\u00e6re forsinkede til deres destination.<br \/>\nTil sammenligning var det 22,43% af SAS-afgangene som var forsinkede i juli m\u00e5ned sidste \u00e5r.<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/finalcall.travel\/da\/sas-kunder-raser-over-manglende-kundeservice\/\"><em><strong>L\u00e6s ogs\u00e5: SAS kunderne raser over manglende kundeservice<\/strong><\/em><\/a><br \/>\nDen gennemsnitlige forsinkelse hos SAS i juli er if\u00f8lge Flightstats.com p\u00e5 n\u00e6sten 44 minutter, hvilket giver dem en placering helt nede som nummer 32 p\u00e5 listen over punktlige flyselskaber i juli, hvilket er et kraftigt fald fra 16. pladsen i juli 2017. 97,53% af SAS-afgangene blev gennemf\u00f8rt i juli 2018. Specielt n\u00e5r man tager i betragtning at SAS netop har brugt deres &#8220;punktlighed&#8221; som et st\u00e6rkt salgsargument i markedsf\u00f8ringen i lang tid.<br \/>\nOgs\u00e5 Norwegian har slidt med at f\u00e5 flyene frem til tiden denne sommer. If\u00f8lge statistikken var lidt over 31% af deres afgange forsinkede i gennemsnit 46 minutter. Norwegian er placeret lidt bedre end SAS i statistikken, som nummer 27. Norwegian gennemf\u00f8rte 99,36% af de flyafgange som Flightstats.com overv\u00e5gede, hvilket alts\u00e5 betyder at de har aflyst f\u00e6rre afgange end SAS i juli. Ogs\u00e5 Norwegian performer d\u00e5rligere end sidste sommer.
