Efter at have k\u00e6mpet med deres renomme i flere \u00e5r, s\u00e5 har selskabet s\u00f8sat en kampagne for at fremst\u00e5 mere kundevenligt. Her kan du se hvilke omr\u00e5der de satser p\u00e5 i 2018.<\/strong><br \/>\nSidste \u00e5r startede Ryanair en fem\u00e5rsplan, som de kalder &#8220;Always Getting Better&#8221;. En plan, som de har sat i verden p.g.a. et generelt rimeligt d\u00e5rlig image, som de har f\u00e5et opbygget igennem mange \u00e5r. Noget kunne tyde p\u00e5 at selskabet har indset, at kunderne var blevet tr\u00e6tte af deres til tider ret kontakte kommunikationsform.<br \/>\nPlanen har bl.a. ogs\u00e5 resulteret i, at den kontroversielle Ryanair-chef Michael O&#8217;Leary, ikke l\u00e6ngere optr\u00e6der i samme omfang i medierne, som hidtil.<br \/>\nSom en del af \u00e5rets plan, s\u00e5 vil Ryanair love passagererne f\u00f8lgende:<br \/>\n<strong>Prisgaranti<\/strong><br \/>\nFinder du billigere billetter, s\u00e5 f\u00e5r du refunderet differencen + 5 pund til din Ryanair konto<br \/>\n<strong>Punktlighed<\/strong><br \/>\n90% af afgangene til tiden<br \/>\n<strong>Enkel bagagepolitik<\/strong><br \/>\n2 gratis stk. h\u00e5ndbagage og \u00f8get v\u00e6gt p\u00e5 indtjekket bagage (og justeret pris, red.)<br \/>\n<strong>Hurtigere svar p\u00e5 klager<\/strong><br \/>\nAns\u00f8gninger om EU261 erstatning behandles inden 10 dage<br \/>\n<strong>&#8220;Gr\u00f8nneste&#8221; flyselskab<\/strong><br \/>\nVil v\u00e6re &#8220;plastikfri&#8221; indenfor 5 \u00e5r<br \/>\n<strong>Forbindelsesfly<\/strong><br \/>\nDer kan nu bestilles forbindelsesfly med Ryanair i Rom, Milano og Porto &#8211; plus til visse langruter.<br \/>\nRyanair indf\u00f8rte tidligere i \u00e5r ogs\u00e5 nye regler for at medbringe h\u00e5ndbagage &#8211; og n\u00e5r de skriver at man kan medbringe to styk, s\u00e5 er det en sandhed med modifikationer.<br \/>\nSom vi kunne fort\u00e6lle tidligere i januar, s\u00e5 \u00e6ndrede <a href=\"https:\/\/finalcall.travel\/da\/ryanair-indfoerer-nye-bagage-regler-paa-mandag\/\"><strong>Ryanair reglerne for hvem som kan f\u00e5 bagage med i kabinen<\/strong><\/a>. Det betyder at det nu kun er kunder, som har betalt ekstra for priority boarding, som er sikret de to stykker h\u00e5ndbagage i kabinen. Kunder, som ikke betaler dette ekstra bel\u00f8b kan risikere at f\u00e5 den ene h\u00e5ndbagage placeret i lastrummet og skal dermed hente den p\u00e5 bagageb\u00e5ndet efter ankomst.
